Hypnotherapy – what it is and is not!

I would like to begin by putting your mind at rest concerning some of the negative misinformation concerning hypnotherapy. Firstly hypnotherapy is not a form of mind control and at no time are you at risk of doing something you do not want to. You will be awake and fully able to move and stop the session at any point.

Hypnotherapy is completely safe and natural state of mind and at no point will you become ‘stuck in hypnosis’.

What Hypnosis is

Hypnotherapy provides you with a deep sense of relaxation allowing me to speak directly with your unconscious mind, bypassing the conscious analytical mind therefore allowing the relevant changes to be made within days/weeks rather than years.

Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP

NLP is incredibly effective in facilitating change within a person very quickly.

We have a misconception that change takes a long time, weeks, months, years. But this isn’t true. Change can happen in a second.

We are not born with our fears, phobias and anxieties. They came to us from an external stimulus and in that second something in our minds informed us that that experience was so uncomfortable or frightening that we will do anything we can to avoid it.

Life Coaching

Having experienced employing a Life Coach myself at various times in my life I can’t recommend it highly enough.
