The Oxford Meditation Centre provides meditation courses for beginners. The course, consisting of 5 one hour sessions, provides an introduction to the basic techniques of all the major schools of meditation.

The Oxford Meditation Centre provides meditation courses for beginners. The course, consisting of 5 one hour sessions, provides an introduction to the basic techniques of all the major schools of meditation. 
Techniques covered include breath awareness, mantras, contemplation, visualisation and chakra meditations.

The centre does not promote one form of meditation over another and aims instead to make meditation accessible to everyone in a enjoyable and relaxed manner. By the end of the course students will be confident at using any of the course techniques and will possess the knowledge to set up their own regular meditation practice.

Ben is an experienced meditation practitioner and is a registered teacher with the British School of Meditation. As such Ben is fully insured and follows a strict code of ethics and practice.
